fediverse: .well-known для split-domain (apex dedinit.ru -> social.dedinit.ru)

GoToSocial: host=social.dedinit.ru, account-domain=dedinit.ru.
На Jino (Apache) .htaccess/rewrite не работают, поэтому webfinger/nodeinfo/host-meta
отдаются статикой: index.html в .well-known/webfinger/ и .well-known/nodeinfo/
(DirectoryIndex Apache отдаёт их на любой query), host-meta как XML.
JRD/JSON ссылаются на https://social.dedinit.ru/*
