+## Overview
+This docker-compose setup includes PostgreSQL, Redis, Gitea, and an Action Runner.
+

+### PostgreSQL (db)
+- Database: PostgreSQL 16
+- Volumes: ./postgres, /etc/timezone, /etc/localtime
+- Healthcheck: PostgreSQL readiness
+
+### Redis (redis)
+- Redis server with appendonly enabled
+- Volumes: ./redis, /etc/timezone, /etc/localtime

+### Gitea (gitea)
+- Gitea 1.26.2 with PostgreSQL backend
+- Ports: 3000 (HTTP), 2222 (SSH)
