+This docker-compose setup includes PostgreSQL, Redis, Gitea, and an Action Runner.

+- Healthcheck: PostgreSQL readiness

+- Redis server with appendonly enabled

+### Gitea (gitea)
+- Gitea 1.26.2 with PostgreSQL backend
+- Ports: 3000 (HTTP), 2222 (SSH)
