Gitea Docker Services

Overview

This docker-compose setup includes PostgreSQL, Redis, Gitea, and an Action Runner.

Services

PostgreSQL (db)

• Database: PostgreSQL 16
• Volumes: ./postgres, /etc/timezone, /etc/localtime
• Healthcheck: PostgreSQL readiness

Redis (redis)

• Redis server with appendonly enabled
• Volumes: ./redis, /etc/timezone, /etc/localtime

Gitea (gitea)

• Gitea 1.26.2 with PostgreSQL backend
• Ports: 3000 (HTTP), 2222 (SSH)
• Volumes: ./gitea, /etc/timezone, /etc/localtime
• Features: Redis cache, session storage, action runner integration

Action Runner (act-runner)

• Runs Docker-based CI/CD actions
• Uses Docker socket for container execution
• Labels: ubuntu-24.04 with node, python, golang

Network

• gitea-net bridge network for service communication
